Why Mums and Bums and Tums?

It is very tempting just to search on YouTube for exercise videos to follow. However, it is impossible to know what postnatal exercises are safe, and which ones are actually going to cause you harm!  I have been coaching Postnatal fitness for over 10 years and I am happy to show you all the secrets that get your body back to being more like you. The classes are such a friendly way of regaining your, fitness, core strength and pelvic floor health. Results you need!

With safe but challenging postnatal exercises, you will feel more energised and toned. It is also important to build strength from the inside out, so we will be working on your tummy and pelvic floor. A strong core and pelvic floor are after all essential for life!

You don't want to live with a bad back, or leaking on the slightest sneeze, giggle or jump. The simple to follow but very effective postnatal workouts are specifically designed to improve your fitness and target your core and pelvic floor, sometimes without you even knowing it! 

 

What you need!

The majority of the exercises use your own bodyweight, so no specialist equipment is required (except for your free exercise band - a gift from me!)

If you are catching up at home all you need is a little bit of space to move that is near a window which you can open. A full water bottle and a mat (or a towel will do), and you are ready!

 

And here is what you need to know...

- You are welcome to bring your own mat but plenty are available for you to use

- Baby stays beside you 

- Online advance booking and payments only

- Class will be transferred online if need be ... we don't stop even for a pandemic!
