Mums and Bums and Tums
After 15 years I am retiring the classes to move onto different adventures!
We are not a franchise! I am a local St Albans mum serving local mums with all the best postnatal exercises!
It is very tempting just to search on YouTube for exercise videos to follow. However, it is impossible to know what postnatal exercises are safe, and which ones are actually going to cause you harm!
I have been coaching postnatal fitness for over 14 years and I am happy to show you all the secrets to get your body back to being more like you. The classes are such a friendly way of meeting other mums, regaining your, fitness, core strength and pelvic floor health.
But don't just take my word for it .....Click here to read what other mums say about the classes...
